Cancellation:

1. Notice of cancellation should be sent to the DEALER together with the original customer copy of the Order Booking Form and the original payment receipt.
2. Once cancelled, customer order cannot be reinstated at the same Booking Reference Number.
3. In the case of financed orders, cancellation request shall be sent to the DEALER through the financing entity and refunds will be made by the DEALER to the concerned financing entity only.
4. Booking cancellation charges @ Rs. 3000/- per car would be applicable.
5. Any amount which is to be refunded is done within 15 working days via bank transfer / cheque after receiving the cancellation request.
